Judy brings over two decades of experience in professional recruitment to the research function at Borton Wallace. She began working with Borton Wallace in 1992 and as Director Candidate Resources, oversees original research, prospect development, screening, background verification and reference confirmation in support of client assignments and comprehensive recruitment programs. She is thorough and indefatigable in her efforts to satisfy client requirements utilizing the latest technology and the assistance of up to six additional research associates.
Judy earned a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of Arizona. Her curiosity, thirst for knowledge and adaptability have allowed her to contribute quickly in multiple disciplines and industries. Judy is active with Executive Search Roundtable and Rapport Leadership International.
