COMMUNICATION
We believe that clear and mutually agreed upon objectives plus timely communications are fundamental building blocks for assignment success.

We begin each assignment with a thorough on-site client interview and submit our written understanding of the assignment for your confirmation before we begin. During that meeting, we also establish frequency, priority, access and preferred methods for communication among key contacts for both firms.

CANDIDATE REFERENCES
Borton Wallace typically conducts references in two phases.

Prior to candidate presentation, we identify and pursue referential information from resources that can be accessed while maintaining candidate confidentiality and satisfying personal privacy laws.

Once an offer is accepted, we then complete the final reference phase.

At all times, our approach can be characterized as thorough and global. We probe sources thoroughly and we "surround" the candidate's experience to include superiors, peers, subordinates and interactive parties outside the organization.

PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
Borton Wallace has successfully concluded assignments for more than 25 years.

We take every assignment seriously and focus on successful outcomes. Even though we recognize that there are times when Executive Search can succeed without hiring a candidate, as in the case of benchmarking, we pursue each assignment with the same focused effort to produce qualified and motivated candidates that will result in a successful hire.

In the unlikely event that within the first 6 months from the start date, a candidate hired from a Borton Wallace assignment voluntarily terminates employment without fault of the employer or is discharged for just cause, The Borton Wallace Company will continue the search with no additional fee until another qualified candidate is hired.

Out-of-pocket expenses will be billed as specified in the assignment agreement.
